Question Developmental Milestones Mnemonic

Hi all:

does anyone know what does the mnemonics IDIOT stand for in cases of mile stones? Is it the same like ON CALL IDIOT? In this mnemonic, the O stands for ORS, what does that mean? Thank you!

I am not sure about milestones but the O stands for Oral Rehydration Therapy. You ask if they have pedialyte to give to the child and if they don;t either advise them to go buy some to keep the baby hydrated or make some at home with the recipe 4 cups water 1 teaspoon Salt and 8 teaspoons of sugar. They need to also avoid juices and milk if the baby has diarrhea or a fever respectively.
