Question Questions about closure

Dear guys,
My exam in April 1st and I'm still I have problem in the closure
How can I say the professional closure? Do I have to remember the sample closure in first aid by the heart

When I have to ask the SP about Cage and when I don't have ? If the SP drinking a lot of alcohol, I have to ask .. but sometimes in first aid the SP drink just 1-2 peer/weekend and I find CAGE in the checklist ! So what is the role about it?

If I'm not a professional English speaking, can I pass the exam? I'm not bad and I'm not good but I can understand and ask questions and writing notes

Thanks in advance

Default CS closure

Well for me I would ask CAGE in all cases of alcohol use except for cases where patient takes a glass of wine once a year.Because any other scenario could be early stages of alcoholism. As for closure if you used CSE videos Dr reynolds closure is good enough and besides you could counsel for Etoh and Smoking in the history so as to minimize the closure .Hope this helps
