It's a good idea to start improving your English language skills from now and through the next few years.
Speaking is one of the most important components of your CS exam.
The best thing that you can do is to come to USA and have some sort of exposure to US-speaking people, you can do that by doing an elective or observership or externship or even just a tourist visit.
If that's not an option for you, then I suggest you watch US-accent movies, listen to audios, or sign up with CSEvideo.com
Most students with English as a second language take advantage of courses available here in US and practice cases with colleagues. It's too early for you for these as you just started Step 1 prep. You'll soon get to know everything about it, don't worry.

thanks lee

sorry for being late was only focusing in step1 threads

so as u says the externship is not an option to me

ok now to my other questions

1-so i already know that exam center in those cities

Atlanta,Philadelphia,Chicago,Houston,Los Angeles

great
of course no one is more preferable than other in term of their easy cases or patients they are all equals

so when come to choose for me i will choose the least expensive in 2 things
the airline cost,the living cost

so abt the airline i can do some research and see which is less expensive and how many transit and so on but what about living

anyone can give me in order what is the least expensive cities and take one week for the example

Atlanta you will need 500$ per week
Philadelphia you will need 550$ per week
Chicago you will need 600$ per week
Houston you will need 800$ per week
Los Angeles you will need 1000$ per week

2-when i have to schedule my exam at ECFMG website?3 months before ?6months before or what?

3-It is good to go there one week before the exam from what i read so how much u stay after the exam or it is better to go right away after the exam?

4-from qtn3 how much days u have to stay and how much u have to bring with you regarding those days?

5-during my stay over there is the hotels my only option or there is another options?

5-i know that i will go with tourist visa so can I do externship after i do the exam for 1 month to get LOR?

that's for now

thanks

You don't need to stay in a hotel. You can search Craig's List for "shared rooms" and they'd be much cheaper.
I'd say it's better you go there few days before the exam.
Most CS centers has Kaplan center nearby. It might be a good idea for you to go the Kaplan center and see if you can meet with people preparing for the CS just like.
Yes, you can stay after the exam and do some USCE.
