Clock when the time is over...

I would like to know if I run out of time and I am in the middle of the PExam. Should I just exit the room or should I say something to the "patient", like..."excuse-me, I have been called away....

Thanks!

Yeah, you should say something like that.

For example: "I'm sorry, I have to go now to fill in some papers. I'll get back to you soon".

Yes Haisok is right never leave a room without telling the SP. In really life if you have an emergency you tell a patient Either the nurse will come and talk to you about admission if warranted or to reschedule, and I will contact you as soon as possible.
