Default Drug_seeking behavior on step @ cs

Guys, need help.
I can't fully understand when to prescribe the narcotics on step 2 cs and when not to do so.Explain all the steps , Please.I mean the whole algorithm.
Answer on 3 examples -
1.Limb pain
2.SCA
3.Post-Traumatic

I DO NOT THINK YOU PRESCRIBE ANYTHING IN STEP 2 CS.
yOU COLLECT UR DATA, ANSWER THE SP QUESTION IN A VERY DIPLOMATIC MANNER AND LEAVE AND WRITE PATIENT NOTES INCLUDING WORK UP AND DIAGNOSIS.
