Hammer and Otoscope Tectile fremitus on the back only!

Hey guys,
When you do the Pulmonary exam, do you do tactile fremitus and percussion on the front of the chest as well?
This is the way that I'm thinking of doing it in a cough case for example:
1. Examine front and back
2. Palpate front and back
3. Percuss back
4. Auscultate back
5. Perform tactile fremitus on back

Any ideas?

To not waste a lot of time, auscultate front and back, and palpate/percuss on the back only. In non-pulmonary cases, or in case you're out of time in general, you can examine the back only.
I've regained my honor [99/99].
