Default My CS mistakes and still passed!

I wanted to post my experience real quick because I am one of the people that relied on these sites to stay calm during my 2 1/2 month wait for my score report. It was miserable and I thought I failed everyday of the wait. Made worse because I already had a failed attempt (CIS). I was seriously depressed the whole time. But I ended up passing even with major mistakes. So here are a list of my mistakes to the best of my recollection, despite them I still passed with comfortably.

1) Ran out of time in answering a question after my closure. Had to leave the room mid sentence.

2) Ran out of time on PN at the investigations part. Only put 1 down when there were at least 3 other VERY obvious investigations that needed to be put down.

3) Forgot to put NKDA in a lot of notes.

4) Used nonmedical terminology in at least 5-6 places because I was typing and thinking quick. Realized it after.

5) Missed a couple investigations in notes. The ones I completed, I'm not talking about when I ran out of time.

6) Put some B.S. DDx for 2nd and 3rd.

7) Didn't always order DDx most likely first... I have an EM mindset so I put most deadly first in a couple cases even though they are a lot less likely.

8) Put RRR for cardiac physical exam, even though the given vitals said tachy, and I put tachy in other parts of the note.

9) Didn't do cardiac and resp PE in 1 case... Was running low on time so went straight to the focused PE.

10) Didn't write the full Fhx for a case where it was relevant. She gave me 3 and I could only remember 2 when I got to the note.

11) I also made a lot of CIS mistakes (which is what I failed the first time), but generally got the pts to like me before I left the room. I think they grade by overall impression, so even if you make mistakes, you should be fine if you got the impression they like you. The first time I took the exam, I did the checklist really well, but didn't attempt to get the sps to like me with small talk and acting. I did way better the 2nd time in CIS, even though I made more mistakes.

That is all I can think of right now, but if I remember more, I will add them later.

The point of this story is, try not to freak out... You can make a lot of mistakes and still pass comfortably. No one can really tell you what the limit is but trust me, it is fairly high.
