Stethoscope Quick General Examination

OK guys,
I know you may think that's silly question but I really need help in this regard.
I figured out that it's impossible to preform appropriate physical examination in 5 or 7 minutes.
Yet, I know that we should at least do a quick general examination in addition to examination of the system in focus.
But I could not find appropriate description of this neither in FA nor in UW.
Can you help please help me with your expert opinion.

Thanking you in advance,

OK, here's a less than minute general exam
quick look at the patient's general appearance (anxious, in distress, sad, ...etc) then look at the face.
Ask him to look up and down (see sclera and EOM movement)
Feel the neck for lymph noded, and ask him to swollow (thyroid)
Can you stretch out your hands for me, look for clubbing, cyanosis, tremor
Feel the radial pulses
Can you squeeze on my fingers, muscle strength
Quickly uncover the legs up to the knees (look for rashes, deformities)

That's it
