Question Examination of the back

When should we examine the back of the SP while he's still sitting on the couch or after he sit up from the lying after examining the front of the chest?

You can do whatever you feel comfortable with but I think it's better to leave it after finishing the front so that it would be your final procedure before you tie back the SP's gown.
I mean if you do first then you examine the front then you have to go back again to the back to tie the gown.

Another trick, that I used while examining the back is doing the CVA tenderness at the same time, not only respiratory examination.
