Default can I type in ALL CAPS in cs exam to save time?

someone told me that typing in all caps at the cs exam in your patient note to save time is a good idea.
is this good advice?
can anyone let me know if i should do this?
i have my exam in a week and i want some advice to manage my time in typnig the patient note.
