Thumbs Up Stop hypothetical imaginations & FOCUS on CS Exam seriously

I think 2 cases are NOT scored. But no one is sure what those 2 cases they consider for not counting. Some says best 10 will be counted and some says 1-2 cases will be experimental and pre-fixed.

As far as think out of 2 cases 1 can be experimental(pilot testing) and other 1 case which they may not count is least performance case out of remaining 11 cases.

But these are just hypothetical imaginations and ecfmg officially did not announce how many cases they uncount out of 12 cases but they just say very few cases they do not score.

In old usmle step-2 CSA exam they were 11-12 cases and only 10 cases were counted. But for step-2 CS exam no one knows but Q banks says 10 cases are countable. Better every time we just take ecfmg/usmle official websites announcements as official and prepare for exam

My advice is just go through USMLE orientation material (valuable)and forget about pilot cases. Just do best in every case but treat all cases as countable. FOCUS on exam now. After exam if you are free then you can invest your valuble time on hypothetical things.
