Default About CSEvideos and its sample videos

Hi there,
I will take STEP 2 CS in about 25 days and I was checking the CSE videos website, and they have some sample videos,

and the case is a ankle injury while jogging, but the doctor asks lots and lots of information screening for hypothiroidism, gynecology, STDs etc, and more important, in the physical exam the physician starts examining the patient's sinus searching for pain (sinusitis)...

I dont see a reason to search for that.. she does a COMPLETE phys exam, but i dont think that it was necessary.. now this is my question:

In that video sample, the physician does that just to show how to perform the exam, or actually you have to do all these maneuvers in almost all patient?

I know that I should ask CSEvideos, but since some of you guys have also experience with Step 2 cs... can the exam be more specific?

the sample video from my understanding is comprehensive
just liek in the first aid they give a a bunchof questions to ask for each case but in reality your only gonna ask some of them this is a decision you have to make while your taking the exam no one can actually tellyou what specific qeustions to ask in every case like in the ankle case sample, if the girl answered that she did not have a period for a long time then you would have suspect that the ankle pain is not isooated and can be due to maybe early osteoporosi or soemthing to do with estrogen and not juust an isolated situation
for me i memorized all the questions and when it took the exam i knew there were soem questions i did not have time so i at the case i chose what to ask but i had a long list in my head
good luck
