I have the First Aid for USMLE Step 2 CS second edition. Should I go buy the Third edition. Does it have any significant updates over the second edition?

Default FA Third Edition has more practic cases

There are few updates in the introduction chapters following some minor updated regulations in the CS exam.
The mini cases are the same.
But the biggest update is that they increased the number of practice cases from 31 to 41.
I highly recommend it for this reason only.
You can get it from Amazon here
