The videos contain exactly how to do the physical exam component, how to treat the patient, and how to accumulate the most points. This also comes with a step-by-step guide that shows the test taker exactly how to approach each encounter for the most points and the best chance of success. I am not a big liar, I have taken this exam and used these aids. I do not understand why so many people on these forums are so quick to accuse people of lying or being immoral. Please do not purchase this from me, I have no desire in helping people like yourself.

First you are not telling who made the videos, was it you? was it someone else?
Second, this is most probably a pirated content from some others like Kaplan or UWorld videos and therefore we AMGs respect copyright and hate people like you making money out of pirated copyright content.
