Smile yippie over with CS

I was so scared waiting for CS result , my exm was on july 5th and finally a big relief passing the CS .
all the best for all of you there waiting for your results.
I would also like to thank this forum staffs and all the members for sharing their knowledge .
ok ,now I will just write down what I did so that it may be a little help to those who are preparing for CS.I prepared for around 45 days ,read 3- 4 times 1st aid and saw CSEvideo too once all the cases ,but didn't read all those pneumonics and notes given there as I think 1st aid is more than enough for theory part ,just watched those videos to boost up my moral n i did feel comfortable after watching it as i got an idea of CS exam scenario and the most important thing ,I did lots n lots of practice with my study partners in skype so i strongly emphasize all of you to practice a lot esp. if u r in doubt about CS ,worry about your SEP...it ll help u a lot to save your time in framing questions ,what u should be saying to ur patients ,believe me u won't realize the time when the bell rings n u have to leave the room ,without completing your closure ,I couldn't close 2 cases completely ,but even after the time was over ,I did say it was nice meeting to u ,will see u in follow up n did hand shake then only came out of the room though didn't mention anything abt d/ds n invxs.
ya one more thing for people like me, who is planing to give CS after their step 1, that is too after 7 mnths gap ,it is really important to revise the mini cases 2 -3 times so that u ll have 4 -5 d/ds n invs in ur mind immediately after reading the cases , as u won't have time to think there whether u r interviewing the patients or writing down your note ,so don't keep the mini- cases to study at the last minutes as it takes time to study these cases n they r worth learning to reach the diagnosis as the cases will be presented in different ways then what we generally practice in long cases.
Also do practice note writing in last 10 days n if u don't have a good typing then start from the beginning of ur cs prep.
all the best
