Smile Got results today... Pass!!!!!!

Hello guys
I am an IMG. I graduated 8 years ago!
I did my CS exam in Atlanta in June
I would like to share with you the mistakes I did during the exam...

So, let's go:
I knocked the door, introduce myself, smile, Shake hands, wash hands, said "I am sorry to hear that... It must be hard for you... I will do my best to make you feel better..." and I also explained the way I would conduct the exam (for ex: "now I am going to listem to tour heart..."). I did all these things in all 12 cases.
I did not finish my first case... Finished the physical examination but could not complete the counseling nor the closure...
In one case the complaints of the patient were so vague that I had difficulties. Nevertheless, I did the PE and closure... The patient was a bit rude during the meeting and I think that she did not enjoy the encounter...
One phone case... ask a lot of things and ask to bring the patient to the hospital to be examined... The complaints were vague and silly... I did counseling and dos not explained my dd as I would like to do...
Another case... I had a good conversation with the patient and when I would perform the PE, she told me to read again the doorway information... I should not perform a PE. i apologize for it but I told her that a PE would be very important and that we should perform it latter...
I found another rude patient... I asked all questions, perform the PE and everything else. However, I did not fell confortable during the meeting (patient acts wierd)...
I have no major problems in the other 7-8 cases. For sure I forgot to do something but I think not so relevant...
My PN's: Organized as in FA book... Minimum of 2 dd and 2 tests in each one.

Pass!!!!! With nice performance

Best luck to everybody
