Unhappy mistakes in CS

Can someone plz tell will my performance be affected if i
didn't write HPI before starting the hx & if i
forgot to ask few qs, do some special exam. & write few points in PN in few cases?? :S

plz anyone.. worried b/c of these things.. :/

I had missed some points on my PN such as specific workup tests and some PE that I did perform in the encounter but forgot to mention. Also I messed up the ddx for at least 2 of my cases. I missed a few PE maneuvers as well, and I passed with high performance (not super high but way far from borderline)

thanks alot, that sure was relieving.. and what about writing HPI in the start of Hx? will that affect my PN if i didn't write HPI..

If by that you mean you didn't start with typing HPI and then starting the hx, it doesn't matter at all as far as I know. This is the first time I'm hearing this. I never wrote HPI when typing my hx and none of the people who I practiced with did, and we all passed. So I wouldn't worry about that.
