Default My CS mistakes

Hi guys. Took my CS recently and feel awful now cause keep recalling more and more mistakes I made:
- missed 1 important drug pt mentioned and this was a clue to right Dx. So missed the main DDx in 1 case
- ran out of time in 2 cases during closure
- did not counsel 1-2 pts
- forgot to write rectal exam when it was a must
- tried to be friendly and empathetic but 2 pts were looking at me as I am an idiot at the end
- forgot to do full CN exam (skipped eye movement part) in 1 case
Think I did much more mistakes which I have no idea about. So, what do u think guys?

i totally know how you feel! but you didn't make too many bloopers. So you should be ok.

Things I didn't do/ Messed up on:

1. Left some stuff out of PE's like JVD, Percussion,ROM, MMSE ..So PE's weren't 100%.and sometimes the cases warranted them.
2. Didn't complete counseling for one case
3. Got the diagnoses wrong completely for one case.
4. I accidentally assumed one person had a spouse. Apologized for that though..repeatedly.
5. Didn't write complete PE findings in one note
6. Forgot FH and Meds in one case
7. Didn't understand a vague case and didn't close properly.
8. Asked some stupid irrelevant questions in the history.
9.Forgot some findings for the PN and entered one or two incorrectly after asking the patient the questions
10. Didn't ask one pt enough questions and didn't really answer her query with the correct answer.
11. Gave one patient my opinion even though we aren't supposed to
12. My telephone counseling was extremely lacking and messed up on that as well.
13. Some of my investigations were lacking.

My biggest worry is the ICE and the PE. But I'm pretty worried about CIS too. I feel like I wasn't good enough. I really hope I pass. PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS too!

Hi. Yeah, you wrote more mistakes, but I think most of them are minor and won't affect your overall performance. But it's difficult for me to assess your missed Dx. You may think you screw up and in reality the Dx might have been correct

I think that "midauricular" line is insignificant at all. The point is that we are talking about mistakes that we know about but there are others that we completely missed...
I think nobody actually will help us with our questions.

When did you guys take the exam??

I'm awaiting results too & freaking out as day passes by

My mistakes:

Diagnosed 2 cases wrong (i'm pretty sure on that) b/c all the ques i asked pt. was replying NO so i just wrote what i could think of from the limited info :S

Was empathetic but not sure if it was sufficient enough b/c the pt. kept on squirming with pain :/

Only did focused exam., forgot to write some exam. in PN although i did do them

I must have made more mistakes but couldn't think of them right now..

ANY INPUT plz??
