Help need help for USA VISA form DS-160

I need help regarding USA visa application form DS-160. (B1/B2) (i may sound dumb..i don't know )
1. what to mention in US address section? ( I am planning to go For CS in june, but i haven't booked any hotel yet. should I make a reservation in a hotel now and mention it's address in visa form. if yes, what if i don't get a visa. then money for reservation will go in vain!
2. what to mention in Sponsor section? (should I mention "parent as sponsor" or the organization such as USMLE? )
3. they are asking about the Contact person Or organization. (what if i have sibling in USA but I am not going to stay at his/her place, then what should i do?)

anyone else applying for the visa or planning to take CS in may-june. please inbox me.

1. Put address of a probable hotel. You may not need to make reservation. But if you want to be more tension-free, your sibling can make a reservation. Most hotels usually do not charge anything if you cancel at least 3 days beforehand ( some hotel may have longer ).
3. Put your sibling's contact address.
2. This one, I am not sure. Probably you can put ECFMG (because they provide you visa letter). If space allows you can mention your parents as finacial sponsor. If consular section wants explanation, you can mention detail later.
From my experience, I think most of the things in those forms are formality. If a doctor/medical student find it difficult, there should be a lot more people filling out the forms not so accurately, yet getting the visa.
