Forgot to warm up my hands
OK, just now I realized that I did not warm up my hands in the two abdominal cases that I recently did in my CS.
Is that a great mistake

Unless the SP told you in discomfort that your hands are cold then it's not a negative point.
And even if it is a negative point it is not a fatal mistake that they'll fail because of it.
