Default Nycs or C3NY ??

I have booked my Step 2 CS test in Houston. Of course I will be practicing with my study partner using FA but I am also planning to take coaching from CS preparation center. Kaplan is out of my budget so I have ruled it out. I wanted to take GoldUsmleReview in Houston due to its proximity to center as well as the place where I would be staying. However, when I contacted the center, I did not have good experience with the guy over phone. He was extremely rude, impatient and not accommodating. Before he told me I could change my dates but when I asked him to change, he refused or asked me to pay more. Thank God I did not pay for classes yet. In any case, feedback for Goldusmle Houston coaching centre is not positive. So, I have narrowed down my CS prep centres to C3NY and NYCS centres in NewYork. About C3NY, I got positive feedback but also one negative thing that it discourages use of FA and contradicts it, which confuses many students. About Nycs, the instructors are themselves IMGs.
Please advise
