Default Basics- but imp doubts!

Hello I'm studying for my CS that will be on Abril, this is my first attempt and I have some technical doubts maybe you can help me with (plz!

First: I know that the SPs are instructed to get simulated physical findings like yellow powder to simulate jaundice for instance, but how are they supposed to simulate lung examination physical findings like consolidation, or tympanic at percussion? In a case I got this wrong because I couldn't differentiate between pneumo and hemotorax? How are they suppose to do this?

2. In a phone call case, a surrogate case or any case in which there is no patient, so no physical exam can be done, can I actually use the physical exam blank space of the note if I run out if space in my history???

I''ll appreciate your help! thank u
