Default Score recheck can change the result?!

I am pretty good at English and i failed CS because of low SEP, some partners said i speak fast, but all understood my English. Can USMLE suck that far?! Is there a possibility i get a pass result on a recheck?!

I'm truly sorry to hear that you failed due to spoken English proficiency
Failing sucks, keep your chin up. You’ll be a doctor soon enough. Sadly Rechecking won't change the result of the score it will only re-add the points again it's also a wast of money . I know it's hard and it's frustrating, just reschedule and study again sadly that's the only way.

Once you find the s'p saying " what did you say?" "can you repeat that?" " i cant seen to understand you" "could you speak louder?" "could you be clearer ?" "pardon?"
then it could gravely affect your SEP.
practice using common phrases that are used here in the U.S and change some choices of wording if needed.
You seem to have all the medical knowledge in place and just need to learn some tips and tricks to speak English with clarity.
I wish you the best of luck
