Arrow Passed the CS exam!!

Took the exam on august, I made these mistakes: forgot to counsel in one case of alcohol and pot smoking, forgot to call the SP by her name in one case, forgot to mention the need for a rectal exam and pelvic exam in an abdominal pain case, I put them on the patient note though, forgot to do relevant physical exam in another case, I wrote wrong few things on the patient note, In one case I told the SP that I was going to measure her blood presssure at the end of the encounter and forgot to do it, got the results 3 days ago and PASSED.

Default Passed the CS exam!!

Actually, I read and practice all the 41 cases in FA and USMLEWORLD, had my wife to study with me and practice the physical exam and the rest of the cases as well, I made up 3 or 4 DD in every case included in FA book and that gave me an idea what to ask during the encounter in front of the SP. The key here is practice and practice a lot, be polite and calm as like a doctor would be with a real patient.
