Help How to prepare for CS?

Hey guys, i just finished step 2 ck few days back and now here on this CS forum. I just don't have any idea about CS exam, can someone help me as to how to start with it.
preparation time, books needed for the prep, videos and should I join some classes for CS prep.

I am an IMG.
will be of good help if someone can let me know about all the things that i have listed above.

Dear road2success;

I have been teaching a highly successful CS 2 course for over 8 years. Current course provides direct patient interactions (actors) with exposure to 40 different clinical problems. Patient interactions are exactly how they are presented on the day of the USMLE examination. I am sensitive to the cost of courses; current course is being sponsored by a nonprofit foundation, Arrowsmith Foundation to keep costs reasonable and fair. More information on our Web site:
