Default Question about DDs and supporting history or exam findings

When I wrote my DDs in my exam I could find very few supporting points in the history and especially the exam findings. The main DD was OK but for the second and third DDs the history had only one supporting factor and most had NO supporting evidence in the examination portion. Is this normal or will I fail the whole thing?? Thanks for any input.

Personally i had very few physical exam findings period. So, from what I've heard it's pretty common not to have a lot of PE findings to justify your DDx.
in terms of history - I was always told to have 3 history findings for 1st and 2nd diagnosis if possible (2 COULD be okay, but not ideal). I did not put down a diagnosis if I only had one reason to justify it.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I did have history findings to justify it, that's what made me think writing negatives in the PE was unnecessary.
