Question Psychiatric Diseases in the CS Exam!

I have some questions about CS, I need your help please.
While I went through CS First Aid, I found many psychiatric diseases, from Schizo to Bipolar....etc Do we have to know about these diseases?
What about 30 points mini mental status exam...do we have to ask all questions & give the result of 30?

People who passed the exam, I need your inputs!

While everything can come up in the CS exam, psych cases are a rarity.

The reason is simple. These cases do not have much of physical exam relevancy.

But anyway, preparing for how to do a psych history is a good idea.

at most , you will get a depression case...full mmse is not possible in that time allocted. ask for drugs, suicide, guilt, sleep and stresses. inquire about social support.
