Default How can lack of counseling hurt?

Hi guys!
I'm one of those freaking out about my CS performance
I made tons of mistakes.
The biggest one is lack of counseling
A teenager drank alc once in a while and smoked weed... Did not mention anything (for some reason once/month is not that bad)

Another one on weed (don't remember why) and third one HT and weight

I can't forgive myself. It's so stupid. We all know it's and etc but stress eats us all during the encounter.

I've read many posts about mistakes and I think mine are the worst.
Any feedback would be appreciated

It is always best to counsel right away with any problem, sometimes if you don't counsel immediately you will be misunderstood as not caring for the patient, to avoid this you must counsel right away also there is no certainty as to how much time will be left.

I missed counselling for 2 cases that really needed it (chronic smoker, alcohol use) and I still passed.
