Unhappy CS Patient Note Typos and Spell Check

Are there spell checks in the actual exam? does your mistakes get highlighted?

No there isn't... Learn how to spell or get as close as possible.

thank you so much, my problem s i cannot touch type, i have to look at the keyboard to type, so i make some spelling mistakes..

it's not a grammar or spelling test, and if the mistakes are just typos people usually realize it, lkie writing words with the opposite odrer or mising a letter<---you will do that not that often so, typos happen even to people that work typing, so... in those couple of cases i think it's ok
