Communication Emergency cases on the phone?

Hi,
I was just wondering if the phone case can be an emergency case? I don't know, somebody calling because of a cardiac arrest, foreign body aspiration, you name it. Is that possible? I mean, you could surely advise them to do things over the phone but the correct answer would be " call 911" but then you have nothing to write in the PN, and you probably couldn't do much of a ROS and medical history other than the acutely obvious.

The single and the only thing you'd tell to an emergency case over the phone is to call 911.

Therefore, there will never be such case in the CS exam
