Help Should we type the pre employment form in CS exam?

can anyone tell me, if we should type the pre employment case or is it enough if we just fill the form..thank you

The SP will hand you the pre-employment physical form. You don't write in it, you just write your notes in your notes sheet.

You take the form out with you and you use the time allocated for the patient note (10 minutes), to fill that form and then give it to the instructor.

There's no computer typing for pre-employment physical forms.

Does the form differ a lot from the regular patient note?
Is it just a bunch of questions you answer based on the History and Physical or is it still somewhat like the Pt Note?

Glad I saw this thread would never have known about this and would not know what to do on exam day!
