First Aid FA for the CS Book; They can do better

Hello everybody.
I just wanted to ask other people who have used FA for CS what they think about the book. I mean, I like it and it's a good resource for the real thing, or so I want to believe, but the last couple of cases I've done I'm just getting dissapointed. Is it only me?
I don't see a consistency in the cases, I mean, it's clear that different cases where made by different people and some cases are missing some important information. I also don't understand how in one PN they can actually put chem 8 under diagnostic workup (and don't even have that explained in their abbreviations). Am I alone here or does anybody else have the same experience?
I still think it's a good book and I'm using it, don't misunderstand me, but I just think that they could do much better!

Anybody???
I'm seeing a lot of things here and there, just as an example, can anybody tell me why case 41 needs a rectal exam, same thing for case 35? It's mentioned in the closure but not in the PN and it absolutely makes no sense?!
