Hammer and Otoscope Focused or Conventional Systemic Physical in the CS!

I was told that since USMLE CS requires "focus" PE, to get points in limited time, we can always do the "focus" part related to Chief Complain, do the rest if time allows. Is it true?

So, we don't have to follow HEENT--NECK--CHECK--CVS--ABD---EXT--NEURO, right?

You need to still examine each and every patient from top to bottom as you mentioned above.

It's just that you give more time to the chief complaint system.
