Question PN: Abdomen; S, NT, ND

In Patient Notes, for the Abdomen can I use S=soft/NT=nontender/ND=nondistended

Step taker, can u plz tell me form where i can get a list of acceptable abbreviations apart from the list on the usmle.org website and the one given in First Aid, coz the one u mentioned above that they are ok to use, i couldn't find them on both the resources .
