Default Quick Question on Blood Test in Diagnostic Study Section

When ordering a blood test do you need to type out HDL, LDL, TG or just put Lipid Panel test.

Also ... when evaluating for kidney function can you just put Chem-7 test or do you need to type out ... Creatinine, Bun, Etc ...
Thanks!
