It is a very difficult situation. You have five attempts with below average scores. Honestly, this is not a reassuring scenario. Do you really want this? Consider other options. These tests are very expensive, the application too. Maybe it is time to cut your losses and move on with your life. I am not trying to put you down, just being honest. Residency in the US is not the most important thing in the world. However, if you REALLY want to try, there is only one step left for certifcation. Try to prepare and do it again. But keep in mind that your chances are very low.
