First Aid First Aid CS 4th Edition (new) for "old" test?

Should I get the newest edition of FA CS (4th edition) for my test on May 4th? Or is this new book geared towards the "new" test?

Thanks!

Not sure what's different. I just finished my Psych shelf on Friday and starting Peds tomorrow so I haven't had time to start studying from it.

The cover says 44 full-length cases and I think the 3rd one has 31? That's a big enough reason to buy the new book. It's not that much for a test that you ONLY want to take once!
