Default my cs experience

hi all, i recently have my exam and now having sleep less nights and horrible days thinking about my mistakes.. i want some genuine opinion from someone who has gone through this but still managed to pass..
1) i forgot to mention romberg test in PN though i performed it
2) in one pt. didnt do CVA tenderness which was required
3) in one pt forgot to councel on rec drug
4) told 2 pt. tht they may have cancer
5) forgot to mention d dimer n doppler u/s in suspected PE pt. but i mentioned about CT pul angiogram
6) missed some clear cut diagnosis but wrote relevent diagnosis which were not to vague
7) didnt do neuro exam in depressed pt but i did MMSE
8) forgot to check tremors in pt in which i was suspecting hyperthyroidism but checked thyroid
9) forgot to do fundoscopy in diabetic pt but he didnt had any visual probs
10) forgot to mention tinel and phalen test in PN though i performed them on pt
11) i was not able to add all negatives in ROS that i asked only specific one

things i did well: i always knocked on door, introduced myself, called pt by their last name, showed empathy, offered help for water, tissue, foot rest, laying down, sitting up, performed focused physical, my first dd was correct that is most likely, wore gloves always, asked relevant quest only, always did closure in all cases n always tried to ask their concerns and answered their challenging quest

do u think i will pass??

As long as you closed all the cases in time you should be ok how was your patient note was it complete? You need at least 2-3 ddx plus findings on the note to have a chance
