Smile Student passed CS...First USMLE experience :)

I am writing my step 2 CS experience. First, I would like to thank Sabio, Rasheed, Step taker, Lee (previous moderator ) and all UFs members who supported me.
It is my first USMLE experience and I am still a student. I studied First Aid book. Believe me it is more than enough. I practiced about 15 cases (2 cases Neuro, 3 GI...etc). I studied for that exam twice; The first time when I was doing my elective but I learned that elective is not the suitable time for studying CS (especially when the elective is at busy university hospital with 6 days working a week). I postponed it and decided to come for a second elective but I will not repeat my mistake again; I applied the exam immediately after I arrived US before the start of my second visit to US and before the elective. The exam was just 2 days after arrival to US after more than 20 hours flying!

The day before the exam:
I saw many other students in the Hotel preparing for the exam. One of them offered to be play the patient role for 2 cases. Thanks to him!
The major thing I did during that day was the revision of all mini-cases in First Aid book in order to refresh my differential diagnosis and work up.
Also, I went to the exam center in order to be familiar with it although it is very near to the Hotel.

The exam day:
I woke up early, prepared my bags since I had a flight after the exam! I ate my breakfast and was very quiet, although I realized what palpitations are during the night before the exam!
While I was setting at the hotel eating my breakfast, a gentleman asked me if I have the medical exam, I said yes! he replied:" you will pass! at least for your clothes and the tie ". Those words were very pleasing to me! Thanks him!
During my way walking to the center, I kept saying to myself: "yes, I will do it! I can! For my future! for my family! I payed a lot of money to come here and I will do it!"
When I was 7:15 am, I left the Hotel and walked to the center and I felt that I screwed in my first two cases (don't ask me about the cases since this is not allowed) but during patient notes I said: "no problem, forget those cases and work hard for the remaining cases". Yes, believe in yourself!
The time go fast! so be aware of the time management! regarding patient notes, I am considered slow-moderate in typing speed. The american guys are very fast! when I started typing my first patient notes I felt that there is a chopper or an engine in the center because of the fast typing of american guys.
I did not go to the bathroom during the whole exam! I used to control myself but all other students went!
Patients and staff were very friendly! Thanks to them.

I got the result after two months!
Best of luck,
