Default FAILED USMLE2CS for CIS, don't know why, help?

Hi all, I failed the USMLE Step 2CS in late 2013 at the LA center only for the CIS portion only and I still have NO IDEA why because I thought I was polite, I knocked, introduced myself, asked if they had questions in the end....

I'm about to sit this again in Atlanta in two weeks and sort of panicking as this exam is costing me almost $3000 with airfare and hotel. I'm a Canadian resident (2nd year) and I'm still worried I'll fail the CIS again because I still don't know what I did and the USMLE org are refusing to give me feedback or any answers....does anyone offer any tips?!

Also, would anyone have a checklist those SPs use for the CIS part?

You need to put yourself below the patient treat them very politely answer their challenging questions with respect and look to counsel as soon as possible

CIS is highly subjective you need to relate very well with the patient and come across the right way with them
