Question Draping the SP in the CS exam!

can someone plz help with this
1. when we drape the sp shud we open the drape to cover his entire legs or just place it on his lap (cuz that's how its done in the cse video)
2. if the sp interrupts in the middle of PE to ask a question, should we answer in there and then or tell him ill answer it as soon as i finish the PE
3. and what the cases in which we should to the fundoscopy.

1 just put the drape on the lap. make sure you spread the drape when you start examining the abdomen and cover the private parts of the patient

2. do answer the sp's question even if it is in the middle of a pe

3. fundoscopy is required in:
- hypertensive cases
- DM
- neurological cases (headache, altered sensorium, loc)


for more tips buy this dvd "Jaypee's video atlas of USMLE Step 2 Cs cases & tips"....i found it very helpful in passing the exam. all these points have been mentioned in the dvd.

i also used this DVD which you are talking about....the authors have done a good job

thanx alot fro ur help...i have my exam on 23 rd of this month..if i order this jaypee video now..do u have nay idea how long it take for it to shipped?im in US

I also want to buy this DVD but when I checked amazon and other websites, don't why need to pre-order and the earlist delivery will be on May. could u please let me know where I can get it sooner?
