Default Worried about exam on nov. 20th

Hi all,

I know a lot of people post on these forums worrying about miniscule mistakes that may have cost them, but I'm worried that the ones I made will really cost me. These include :

1. Forgetting heent exams for cases that warranted them [lung]

2. Forgot to do ophtalmoscope exam for pt with headache/excluded CN II exam for the cranial nerve exam for neuro patients

3. Mostly feel bad about physicals exams as they were for the most part all pretty incomplete because I was nervous about having enough time for the note.

4. Didn't include vital signs for physical exam at all.. just included them in the differential part if they were relevant.

5. Botched one case completely, meaning the top differential was unlikely, and the other two ok. the physical was just all over the place

Besides these mistakes are probably other ones I can't remember right now, but I opened and closed well, had reasonable differentials for the majority of cases with supporting evidence stronger for both cases vs others. Work up was good but I'm just worried about my physical exams just being poor as well as the few cases where my differentials were iffy. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks all!
