Sphygmomanometer Normal range for vital signs!

I was wondering what is the range upon which we depend to determine if the Vital signs on the doorway info are WNL or not??

It's always a good idea to record the vital signs on the doorway information on your blank paper sheet so that you refer to them when you type your patient note later.

VS for one person may be normal for one person but abnormal for another. It is better to record all four VS that way you are covered
