Question Repeat while writing & again summarization?

I have a question..if i am repeating what the sp told me while writing, is it okay if i don't summarize the history again.?
because i am afraid that it will take a whole lot of time.
Please reply ..i have my exam very soon.

you write the PN once you have finished the encounter. it is quite important to summarize the complaints during the encounter....does not take more than 30 seconds.

helps you in many ways:
- helps you remember facts for the PN
- lets the patient add new points to the history
- improves your CIS score.
