Default Step 2 CS Freak Out!

Guys please I need help! I took my Step 2 CS about 2 weeks ago, and the waiting is causing me a great anxiety. I think I committed several big mistakes which can make me fail, speciallyl the ICE component...

My f**ing mistakes:
-Got the WRONG diagnosis in 2 patients ( I dont understand why...maybe because of the stress).
-Missed a bunch of important questions.
-Didn't do othoscopy in a case in which it was required.
-Didn't have a very good rapport with a patient.
-Didn't test gate in case in which it was necessary.
-I froze for a about 20 seconds with an SP.
-Said a lot "excuse me" to a SP who I couldn understand very clearly (English is my second language, however it only happned wit one case)
-I completely blanked in one case I HAD NO F**ING of wht was wrong with that SP.
-One SP practically "told me" the first possible DD.
-I think I didnt drape properly in one case.
-Some HPI and PE were very short.
-Some PE were extremly focused

Things Thanks GOD I did right.
-Always knocked and introduced myself.
-Asked about PMHx, FMHx, SHx, SIQURAAA, in all patients.
-Washed my hands.
-Asked about the effect of the disease in the SP's life.
-Always counseled.
-Always summarized.
-Always finished right on time.
-I had between 2-3 DDx in every case, with more than 4 backup items per diagnosis.
-Had mored than 5 tips in the workups.
-Always asked the SP about concerns or doubts.
-Finished all my notes.
-Kept a professional attitude even before a difficult SP.
-Answered all chalenging questions ( I hope properly).
Of all my cases I woud say that 2 were completely screwed up, 7 were ok and 3 were a little bit regular/

I would like your feedback guys...If you think I failed and should try again or you think I still have some hope...Please I WILL really appreciate your help

most of the mistakes you made are made daily by all students. I also made several of those mistakes but messing up on one or two cases does not mean you fail. However the rapport thing is important, if you consistently did not create a good impression with the patient then thats of course harmful, but as long as you smiled, listened patiently, showed empathy you should be fine . Don't let mistakes you make bother you as it will affect you now when you should be focusing on other things, fact of the matter is the exam is done and you cannot do anything to alter results, but coming from someone who has been in same situation, all I can say is don't worry about the mistakes as it will most likely not hurt you as much as you think! Hope it helps
