Default My cs experience, need advise.

Hi I took my exam today and I really disappointed,appreciated if any one could answer my concern, firstly I did not have any problem in reaching diagnosis and asked almost all important answer, time run from me just in diagnostic study in one cases, but does any one know if the SPs smile is good indicator form my performance because just one of them smile the others sometimes even was aggressive, the English is not my native language but no one did not understand me but I find some difficulty to catch few words in all cases and the SPs be ware about that, I wish some one could help me and alleviate my anxiety

Default Hope you did well.

Sorry this has caused you anxiety. I am still waiting for my scores. It sounds like you were able to navigate past difficulties with english and as long as you were able to write a good diagnosis for each patient you should do well. As for the smiling, for many SPs it is there job not to smile due to the physical pain/fatigue they are in. I would say the majority of my patients did not give me positive body language, and some definitely showed an aversion to my presence. I would not let that stress you out. Best of luck shaymaa
