Hammer and Otoscope Vibration and propriception examination in the CS exam!

Can we check the vibration and propiception in a patient in the sitting position or do we have to tell em to lay down flat??

you can do it with the px sitting, it just means you may have to crouch/bend.
it might be more convenient to have the px lie down but all that will take a few precious seconds from your time
