Hammer and Otoscope FA cases say swollen warm limb!

I am reading the FA cases and I can see that in the physical exam report in the Patient note there are son finding for example in calf pain ( red and swollen compared to left , R lef is warmer compared to left + edema etc )
Now my question is in REAL exam I have to write those finding from FA or is just in the case if the patient has those.

Because obviously they are not going to simulate warming, swollen and so on.

So I have to type only finding from the patient or I have to imagine that he has all the finding that we can find in a real case

Please type only what you see...dont cook up imaginary findings as they would land you in trouble. they can simulate redness by painting that area red!!
best of luck.
