1. Only posterior, unless it is a pulm. case then do everything.
2. NEVER REPEAT PAINFUL MANEUVERS
3. I never did that on my exam. it takes too much time and isn't worth wasting the time.

Best of luck!!

Hey! i'm taking it tomorrow too!

so far, the general consensus that i've seen on these questions are (and someone correct me if i'm wrong)

1) posterior is enough unless it's a full pulm exam then don't forget anterior, tactile fremitus and looking at hands for clubbing/cyanosis
2) don't REPEAT the maneuver after you've tried the maneuver... i think for abd exam, if you have to percuss after just be very gentle or try to stay away from it
3) i think the same way as doing it in practice: take bp laying down, then ask them to sit up (it's better to stand but i'm sure sitting up is fine).. .wait a few minutes then check it again. you can do the rest of your exam in the meanwhile just don't forget it... A decline of ≥20mm Hg in systolic or ≥10 mm Hg in diastolic blood pressure is orthostatic hypotension.... but to be honest i know people who have had the "dizziness/lightheadedness" case and didn't check it -- they still passed
