Question Typing your Pulse Findings in the PN?

well i was writing the PN
for eg case back pain
on PN there was pulses for dorsalis pedis pos tibial , popliteal artery
can i write pulses + 2 symmetric all limbs
because i have no time to write all the pulses name ? is that right

I would say "peripheral pulses palpable" and that's it, don't trap yourself with variables such as +2 and stuff like that.

But if the case is vascular, like for example possible limb ischemia then you need to mention the pulses one by one, but I don't think that's common in the CS exam.
